Floor and Decor Class Action Lawsuit

Floor and Decor Class Action Lawsuit

The Floor and Decor class action lawsuit has been filed by Robertson & Associates. This Floor and Decor lawsuit has been filed in multiple states. Robertson and Associates say that some reports show that some Floor & Decor flooring products may contain alarmingly high amounts of formaldehyde, this USA known carcinogen.

Floor & Décor failed to disclose potential unsafe levels of formaldehyde used in their wood flooring products. Formaldehyde is a volatile organic compound, at room temperature formaldehyde is released in gas form. In wood flooring materials, formaldehyde can be released into the air in a process known as "off-gassing."

Robertson & Associates, a nationally renowned construction defect litigation firm, has filed a class action lawsuit against Floor & Décor, alleging it sold laminate flooring with excessive levels of formaldehyde in violation of California law. If you purchased laminate flooring from Floor & Decor which was manufactured in China, and you want to learn more about your legal rights, contact Robertson & Associates at (818) 851-3850 or arobertson@arobertsonlaw.com.

Thus firm was one of the first to file lawsuits against Lumber Liquidators involving similar allegations that its Chinese-made laminate flooring contained formaldehyde levels higher than allowed under California Air Resources Board (CARB) regulations.
